At JenniferAnn we stock a large range of plus sizes that are practical yet elegant.
If you cannot find what you would like please contact us for and we will do our best to source it for you.

Ordering the correct lingerie or bra size is extremely important to achieving a comfortable and snug wearing fit.

Payment Options

For your convenience we offer the following methods of payment:

• Online credit card payments using our secure website ordering system.
• Cheque or bank transfer payments.

You may place your orders and pay by credit card online. Upon checkout, just select "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" and you will be taken to our secure server where your payment is processed. After approval of payment, you will be taken back to the Jenniferann.com website where you can continue shopping or log off. In order to complete the transaction, it is important for you to wait for the approval of payment and for the bank payment system to take you back to the website.

Should you wish to pay for your purchase by either direct fund transfer or by cheque, please contact us providing us with the details (style, colour and size) of your order and we will promptly respond to your e-mail to confirm the order and payment arrangements.

Delivery will be made when the payment by direct fund transfer, bank draft or cheque clears the bank account.

Currency

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include NZ Goods & Services tax.
International customers can use the currency converter to display prices in alternative currencies. As all of our pricing is quoted in NZ$ at time of ordering you may notice a small fluctuation either way between the calculated total on your invoice and your subsequent bank statement. This will be due to the short time difference between updating our currency converter information and the actual time of your order.

Delivery Costs

We will normally ship within two days of receiving a confirmed order. If we are temporarily out of a particular item we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of the delay in shipping.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. A delivery address, other than that shown as the cardholders address, may require further verification by JenniferAnn.com.

All deliveries to NZ addresses are sent by courier. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail message confirming shipment with the tracking number. Deliveries normally take overnight unless it is on weekends or public holidays. Rural deliveries take a day longer.

All international deliveries are sent by insured Airmail through the New Zealand Post. Normal international airmail would take up to 14 -20 business days to arrive. If within this period, you have not received your package, please contact us for tracking.

We charge the following amounts for shipping:
• New Zealand - FREE Shipping (anywhere in NZ, including Rural deliveries)
• Australia - NZ$10
• Other International deliveries - NZ$15

Safe Shopping

When you shop by internet it is important that your credit card details are secure. Jenniferann.com treats your security very seriously.
All of your credit card details are processed by our bank, Westpac, and are encrypted (scrambled) and transmitted electronically via SSL technology to ensure your privacy and to prevent interception.
Jenniferann.com does not receive any of your credit card number information. Your order and shipping details that we obtain will be stored and retained solely for our own use and will not be divulged to any third party whatsoever.

Returns

Jenniferann.com takes pride in our service, quality and excellent value.
We will however accept returns for exchange (for a credit, but not for refund) provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, are unworn and unwashed, and with all labels and tags attached. This should be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. The cost of return freight both ways is the customer's responsibility.
The exception is if the product received by the purchaser has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault. Before returning items we require you to contact us to discuss the details. After receiving the returned goods, Jenniferann.com will promptly forward a replacement and reimburse all mail costs.

International Customs & Import Duties

Jenniferann.com is not responsible for import tax, duties or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand.
